HOW DID A LITTLE CAFE IN THE HEART OF LINDISFARNE, TASMANIA END UP BEING CALLED TISCH?
Well... you'll have to come in and ask me.
It's a long story that began over 15 years ago. A story that eventually led me to Tasmania, where I found a home on the other side of the world.
TISCH means "table" in German. To me, it's more than a name, it's a place where people gather, share stories, laugh, eat well, and feel at home.
So I wanted to bring a little piece of my home—home here to share with you.
